
Chinese National People's Congress Standing Committee Chairman Li Zhansu, who is visiting Nepal, will be busy with high-level political meetings today.
He will meet Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba today. Similarly, Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka, National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Timilsena and UML President KP Sharma Oli and Maoist Center President Pushpa Kamal Dahal will meet with Prachanda.
A meeting with the Speaker of the National Assembly, Timilsena, is scheduled at 9 am at the Parliament Building in Naya Baneshwar. Similarly, he is scheduled to meet UML President Oli and Maoist President Prachanda at the Federal Parliament Building.
After that, there will be a meeting with Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka at Hotel Solti. Then he will go to Baluwatar to meet Prime Minister Deuba.
He is scheduled to meet President Bidya Devi Bhandari at Rashtrapati Bhavan Sheetal Niwas on Wednesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Federal Parliament, Agni Prasad Sapkota, organized a dinner in honor of Chinese National People's Congress President Li on Monday evening.
Before that, a memorandum of understanding on inter-parliamentary cooperation was signed between the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament of Nepal and the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China.

According to the agreement, both sides have agreed to strengthen and develop mutual trust, respect each other's independence, sovereignty and geographical integrity, respect each other's freely chosen social system and development path, and support each other's fundamental interests and important concerns.
A 67-member delegation led by President Li, including six high-ranking Chinese officials, security personnel, media personnel and other staff, is scheduled to return on Thursday.
