
Kathmandu - Two matches are being played today in the Women's SAFF Championship football tournament. Today there will be a match between India and Pakistan and Bangladesh and Maldives.
The match between India and Pakistan will be played at 1 pm and the match between Bangladesh and Maldives will be held at 5:30 pm. Both matches will be played at Dashrath Stadium. Nepal has made a winning start in the competition. In the tournament that started yesterday in Kathmandu, Nepal started victoriously by defeating Bhutan 4-0 in the opening match. Along with Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Maldives are participating in the competition.
Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan are in Group 'A' and India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Maldives are in Group 'B'. The top two teams based on points from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
